Karrie Davis is the author of debut novel RING OF SALT AND STONE, a fantasy/fiction novel for adult audiences. She wrote RING OF SALT AND STONE using bricolage to craft something new and unexpected as she recovered from 5 days spent in a coma she was not predicted to wake from. Her neurologic disease remains undiagnosed, which she has learned to prefer over being diagnosed with the wrong illness (something that has occurred multiple times as she searched for answers). Though dealing with the unknown is never pleasant, she does not let her illness define her and has obtained a degree in history with minors in English and Spanish from Southern Utah University. In addition to writing, she enjoys time with family and friends, as well as gardening.
